VIDEO: GRAND OPENING AT ROCK & BREWS

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – It’s finally here, the long-awaited opening of the new restaurant owned by two famous musicians.

Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of KISS were both in Albuquerque on Tuesday to help open their newest Rock & Brews location on Montgomery near San Mateo.

The pair mingled with patrons and dignitaries and were proud to visit.

“I’ve been coming here for decades, so the attitude that only big cities should have great, cool places to go to is a fallacy,” said Stanley. Nobody chooses where they’re born and every city is a great city. It’s what you make it.”

Part of the grand opening included an event to raise money for New Mexico veterans.
